Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary and subject to an on‑site inspection.
• Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may change if additional parts or labor are required and approved by you.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or emergency calls.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a written agreement states otherwise. Accepted payment methods are confirmed by your technician.

Warranty

Workmanship and parts warranties are provided as stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, weather events, or normal wear of consumable components.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards or prior repairs, and keep children and pets away from the work zone while service is performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
